Restart your router and console

Also, restart your router. An error CE-100095-5 may also be caused by internet connectivity problems. To free up bandwidth for your PS5 console, make sure you disconnect all other devices connected to the internet.

Make sure you have the most recent system updates

Navigate to Setting. Select System. Then, go to Software. Select System Software update and then go to Software Update. To start the process, select Update using Internet.
